The WFCA is now accepting 2021 Membership and Spring Clinic registrations online.
Please note during the registration process you are first required to enter your staff information which includes your school. Next you need to register each coach, including the head coach. You will need contact information (mailing address, email, phone number) for every coach you register. A reminder, to attend the clinic you must be a WFCA member.
WFCA Individual Membership for for Wisconsin coaches is $55; for out-of-state coaches it is $60. We are excited to offer new staff rates for both membership and clinic that are outlined below.
Also please know that you are not finished until you have paid and have received an email receipt.
It is important that you have the following information for all coaches you are registering: Name, Mailing Address, Email Address. These are required. As a reminder, membership starts on the first day of the annual clinic and extends through the day prior to the following year's clinic.

Beginning in 2021, the WFCA Executive Board has made the decision to adjust membership and clinic signup. The Spring Clinic is now included with ALL WFCA membership. The clinic and membership are no longer separate fees. As a result, the staff rates and individual fees have been adjusted; please see the info below for the cost breakdowns. Also, you can now combine high school and youth staffs on all membership types.
IMPORTANT: While the cost of the spring clinic is now included with all memberships, it is VERY important that you still identify which members of your staff will actually attend the clinic. This allows us to have badges produced, to expedite registration and sign-in, and have better ideas on the number of attendees for the clinic. You will be asked a question for each person you register regarding their attendance for the WFCA Clinic. If you need to adjust clinic registration or if a coach you indicate on your registration is not attending the clinic but decides to at a later date, you MUST contact WFCA Executive Secretary Charna Kelsey to make these updates. The WFCA is making plans to host an in-person clinic in 2021. The Clinic date has been adjusted June 3-5 at the Marriott West in Middleton. We will continue to review the situation in the coming months in consultation with our executive board and health professionals.
